unfortunately, i cannot accept returns. all items are handmade by opening and closing hundreds of links and take several hours to produce.
be sure to take accurate measurements and message me before ordering if you would like any length alterations. i cannot fulfill every request but love to work with clients to make sure that their chainmail piece is perfect.
although chainmail is notoriously resilient, you might need a repair somewhere along the line. should this be the case, send me a message and i will fulfill all repair requests for free (not including shipping).
